The Five-Platform Azure Launch

Launched five enterprise technology platforms on Microsoft Azure (February 2019) as Conduent's CTPO: Dara conversational AI, Analytics, Automation, Blockchain, and Mobility — quoted by name in the public announcement. Strategy unveiled on stage, announced to the market ahead of earnings, shipped as product.

Conversational AI

Dara — AI Conversation Platform

A cognitive AI/ML virtual agent across voice, webchat, and SMS, with “Just Ask Dara” assistants on Alexa, Google Assistant, and Cortana. Demonstrated live on the keynote stage — paying a credit-card balance by voice through Alexa. Not a concept: live technology in the field.

Intelligent Document Processing at Scale

Scaled the Conduent Automation Platform from procedural RPA to cognitive automation — AI/ML extraction and classification from any source, including handwriting, processing more than a billion documents a year on Azure.

Payments & FinTech

Government Payments Hub

Real-time, ledger-based payments moving more than $1B a year across 22 states — SNAP, EBT, and unemployment disbursements for millions of participants. Irrevocable money at government scale, with the compliance burden that implies.

Midas Health Analytics

ML-based advanced analytics and composite clinical-risk scoring for population health — 100M+ claims, 30,000+ indicators, roughly 800 hospitals. In the Conduent portfolio under my leadership until sold to symplr for $340M in 2022.

300 → 100: The Portfolio Transformation

Consolidated 300+ bespoke platforms into 100 industry-standard products, unified six acquired business units, cut platform redundancy by 40%, and raised product reuse from under 10% to 70% — saving roughly $400M while technology-led revenue grew from $800M to $2B.

The Infrastructure Rescue

Inherited a full-blown crisis: 102 data centers, 120 Severity-1 incidents a month, a three-year PCI backlog. Delivered 20 data centers, under 5 Sev-1s a month, PCI certification in six months, and cloud adoption from under 10% to 70%+ across 100+ products.
