Continuum 2018 · Keynote

The workforce thesis, six years early

47-minute main-stage keynote. On automation: “Nobody says operations roles will go away… it's the right evolution of a human skill set. That's how we need to upskill ourselves and our workforce.” Augment-don't-replace, before it became consensus.

Continuum 2019 · Keynote

Live technology in the field

Introduced by the CIO as the leader who “builds all our platforms and leads our innovation.” Real-time transit optimization for Rochester's RTS, AR-based vehicle-health inspection, cognitive analytics dashboards — “not a concept, but live technology in the field.”

CLC 2019 · Leadership Keynote

The five-platform unveiling

Unveiled the Digital Interactions Foundation — five platforms across conversational AI, analytics, automation, blockchain, and mobility — which became Conduent's public 2019 Azure platform launch. Live on stage: Dara paying a credit-card balance by voice through Alexa, and pharmacy fraud analytics flagging abnormal opioid-prescribing patterns.
